Currently there are no stores in Canada. However, a store is opening in winter 2010 at:

The store will carry the Tesla Roadster and will allow prospective customers to take test drives and preorder their vehicle. Vehicles are expected to ship to the store early 2010.
If you are looking to test drive a Roadster before that you will have to go to Tesla New York, if you live in Ontario or Quebec, or Tesla in Seattle, WA if you are out in British Colombia.
